Lara Busch: Lara joined the finelinesnw team in early 2021 as the Healthcare Specialist for the dynamic duo after retiring from a 20 year career as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department, the last six years she was the Nurse Manager of the largest Emergency Department in Oregon. With Lara’s unique perspective of health care industry needs, she partners with dealers, manufacturers, A & D firms, and Healthcare Organizations to provide insider knowledge. She is skillful at recommending the best products that meet the needs of clinicians and patients. 

In her spare time she enjoys being a “Nanas”, spending time with her family, cooking, gardening, wine “tasting”, and traveling with her husband Troy of 25 years. 

Troy Busch: Troy and his two sisters worked in the family office furniture business from the time they were teenagers. Troy stuck with it and learned every aspect of the business from his dad and uncle: from warehouse to delivery to sales. He has been an integral part of building a prosperous family business. In 2014 he became a sales representative for finelinesnw and after four years of mentoring from his dad, he took the lead role as Principal. Troy has always been passionate about helping others and was a career municipal firefighter for over 25 years.  His work ethic, integrity, and commitment to quality are the driving forces behind his ability to maintain sustainable relationships in the office furniture industry. Troy retired as a firefighter in 2020, now devoting all of his time to the family business.

When not working, Troy enjoys spending time with his family, which includes two grandsons. He loves traveling, listening to live music, playing guitar, and spending time outdoors: hiking, biking, and rafting in the Pacific Northwest.

Rich Archer has been in the Office Products and Furniture Industries for nearly 40 years, 37 of which as a Manufacturers’ Representative Principal.  Doing what is best for the customer is his passion and solution selling is his method.  Rich has extensive experience with furniture products and has expertise in Ergonomic Furniture Solutions, Clean room and ESD product requirements and solutions.  He has completed a two year professional program at Arizona State University giving him the distinction of being a Certified Professional Manufacturers’ Representative (CPMR).

Rich lives in a rural area with his wife of 44 years and loves off road vehicles, motorcycles, boating, skiing and plays competitive racquetball.

Lisa Reid joined the finelinesnw team in late 2021 to provide Social Media Marketing and Sales support. Lisa’s most recent work experience was as the Manager of a large customer service team for a loan portfolio servicing company in Milwaukie, OR.  Prior to her career in finance, Lisa was a Certified Medical Assistant with additional certifications in Radiography and Phlebotomy. Lisa’s medical experience spans over 15 years in everything from, Family Practice, to Specialty Practice, to County and Emergency Health.

She has two adult children and recently became a new grandma! When not working she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, watching sports, golfing, exploring the beautiful state of Oregon and singing karaoke.
