Lara Busch: Lara joined the finelinesnw team in early 2021 as the Healthcare Specialist for the dynamic duo after retiring from a 20 year career as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department, the last six years she was the Nurse Manager of the largest Emergency Department in Oregon. With Lara’s unique perspective of health care industry needs, she partners with dealers, manufacturers, A & D firms, and Healthcare Organizations to provide insider knowledge. She is skillful at recommending the best products that meet the needs of clinicians and patients.
In her spare time she enjoys being a “Nanas”, spending time with her family, cooking, gardening, wine “tasting”, and traveling with her husband Troy of 27 years.
Troy Busch: Troy and his two sisters worked in the family office furniture business from the time they were teenagers. Troy stuck with it and learned every aspect of the business from his dad and uncle: from warehouse to delivery to sales. He has been an integral part of building a prosperous family business. In 2014 he became a sales representative for finelinesnw and after four years of mentoring from his dad, he took the lead role as Principal. Troy has always been passionate about helping others and was a career municipal firefighter for over 25 years. His work ethic, integrity, and commitment to quality are the driving forces behind his ability to maintain sustainable relationships in the office furniture industry. Troy retired as a firefighter in 2020, now devoting all of his time to the family business.
When not working, Troy enjoys spending time with his family, which includes two grandsons. He loves traveling, listening to live music, playing guitar, and spending time outdoors: hiking, biking, and rafting in the Pacific Northwest.
Al and Lois Campbell have been partners in business and life for almost 40 years. They have both worked in manufacturing and sales throughout their adult lives. Al was the warehouse manager for RFM from 1983-1985 and Lois sewed for RFM during that same time.
In 1985 Lois and Al began a piece-work business with local women sewing gym equipment products in their homes. Soon after, they began their sales repping business, Business to Business Reps, selling wooden coat trees designed and manufactured by Al. This was followed with a simple side chair designed by Al and a wrist rest designed by Lois. They manufactured, sold and delivered their products to office furniture stores in Oregon and Washington. As their business grew, RFM manufactured the chairs, Lois managed the office, and Al became the full-time rep. In 2005 Business to Business became Finelines NW and Al became part owner and national sales manager of RFM seating. In 2017 their son and daughter-in-law Troy & Lara Busch took over the business. Al and Lois now work the business part-time.
They were married in 1985 and raised their children in Scholls, OR. Their family has grown to include: Tiffany who works as a health-care professional and part-time in their business, Jamie who lives in California with her husband Brian and owns an office furniture repping firm of her own, and their son Troy and daughter-in-law Lara, who have now taken over the office furniture repping firm that Lois and Al started. They have 4 wonderful grown grand-daughters and grand-spouses, a handsome grand-son, and 2 beautiful great-grandsons.
Lois and Al enjoy singing in piano bars throughout the San Francisco area. Lois plays the piano, writes lyrics and composes music. She also enjoys photography and cooking. Al has found he loves to cook too. Al designs and remodels their home, while Lois does the interior design. They find it immensely rewarding to adopt senior dogs. Al says, so they can cry every 3 -4 years. Barron, their current friend, is 14 years-young and is quite a character.
Lisa Reid joined the finelinesnw team in late 2021 to provide Social Media Marketing and Sales support. Lisa’s most recent work experience was as the Manager of a large customer service team for a loan portfolio servicing company in Milwaukie, OR. Prior to her career in finance, Lisa was a Certified Medical Assistant with additional certifications in Radiography and Phlebotomy. Lisa’s medical experience spans over 15 years in everything from, Family Practice, to Specialty Practice, to County and Emergency Health.
She has two adult children and recently became a new grandma! When not working she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, watching sports, golfing, exploring the beautiful state of Oregon and singing karaoke.
