Troy Busch
Principal
After honing his skills in the family’s office furniture business, Troy Busch officially joined FinelinesNW in 2014. Building on mentorship from his father and uncle, he eventually took on the role of Principal. His longstanding dedication to helping others—evident from a 25-year career as a municipal firefighter—drives his commitment to delivering quality and maintaining enduring industry relationships. In his free time, he values family, live music, and outdoor activities in the Pacific Northwest.
Lara Busch
Principal
Lara Busch joined in early 2021, bringing two decades of frontline healthcare experience as a Registered Nurse. Her understanding of clinical environments helps align the right solutions with the needs of clinicians and patients alike. Off the clock, she enjoys family time, traveling with her husband, and exploring culinary interests—from cooking and gardening to the occasional wine tasting.
